• Responsible for 3D Design Concept
• Follow the client requirement, concept design creatively develop design to meet the cost, quality and standard.
• Sometime go to site for checking and solving the problem.

Maintaining the billing system
Generating invoices and account statements, follow up with customer for over-due outstanding
Performing account reconciliations, Cash/Check deposit to bank and reconciliation
Maintaining accounts receivable file and records
Producing monthly financial and management reports
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly.
Prepare Statement of Accounts to customer
Prepare weekly account receivable aging report
To efficiently reduce delays in receiving payments
Assist in month end closing such reconciliation in shipment report

• Review financial statement and stock control.
• Support all tax operational activities internal, external and liaise with external auditor.
• Assist tax on verification and processing of tax return filling (VAT, withholding tax, prepayment on profit tax annual tax and patent tax), process and follow up of tax refund, prepare and submit VAT certificate.
• Manage and record tax document in to filling and E-filling system.
• Perform other tasks assigned by line management.
